As part of its continuous commitment to responsible corporate practices and employee well-being, Apex successfully conducted a series of important training sessions and committee meetings in January 2026. These initiatives reflect the organization’s structured approach to maintaining ethical standards, transparent communication, and a safe working environment.
On 4 January 2026, a dedicated Training Session on Harassment and Abuse Prevention was organized with the participation of 17 factory associates. The session was conducted by Tahura Emrun, Executive–HR.
The program focused on raising awareness about workplace harassment and abuse, clarifying acceptable and unacceptable behaviors, and reinforcing the company’s zero-tolerance policy. Participants were guided through real-life scenarios, reporting mechanisms, and preventive measures to ensure a respectful and dignified work environment. The session also highlighted the shared responsibility of all employees in promoting ethical conduct, mutual respect, and inclusivity across all levels of the organization.
This initiative demonstrates Apex’s proactive approach to building a culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and respect for human rights.
On 07 January 2026, Apex organized a Training Session on Grievance Procedure, attended by 20 participants. The session was facilitated by Ms. Farha Sultana, Executive (Welfare).
The training aimed to enhance employees’ understanding of the formal grievance handling framework, ensuring clarity regarding reporting channels, documentation processes, confidentiality protocols, and resolution timelines. The session emphasized transparency, fairness, and impartiality in addressing employee concerns.
By strengthening awareness of grievance procedures, Apex reinforces its commitment to employee welfare, open communication, and equitable treatment. The initiative supports a workplace culture where employees feel confident in voicing concerns without fear of retaliation.
A regular meeting of the Safety Committee was held on 10 January 2026 at 3:30 PM, with full attendance from committee members.
During the meeting, key safety concerns were reviewed, including workplace hazard identification, compliance updates, ongoing corrective actions, and preventive safety measures. The committee evaluated progress on previously identified action points and discussed strategies to further enhance occupational health and safety standards.
The session reaffirmed Apex’s strong commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and healthy workplace in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
